Sandrien

Sandrien is an Amsterdam-based DJ with a versatile approach to techno. Her sets move between deep, atmospheric techno and high-energy tracks with influences from breaks and acid. With more than twenty years of experience, she has become a staple within the international club scene.

She has played at leading festivals and clubs including Lowlands, Awakenings, and Dekmantel, as well as Berghain in Berlin and Bassiani in Tbilisi. In Amsterdam, Sandrien was a resident at De School and previously at Trouw, where she also organized her own club nights, Imprint. She was also a co-founder of the long-running LGBTQIA+ event IsBurning.

Sandrien worked for many years at record stores Rush Hour and Killacutz, something that is reflected in her broad musical knowledge. She is known for long sets in which she effortlessly moves between old-school techno and new, adventurous sounds.
