You can sleep in a bungalow or on the extensive green campsite along the beach. You can jump straight into the swimming water from the campsite!

    Milano is a spacious 4-person glamping tent with plenty of room to sit or store luggage. The Milano comes standard with two double luxury high airbeds with integrated pillows, fitted sheets, and soft blankets. Optionally, you can upgrade to real beds with mattresses and down bedding.

How can you spend the night?

There are several ways to spend the night on Lago Lago.

  • With your own tent on the festival campsite (free camping is included with your festival ticket);
  • You can book a comfortable bungalow. Various options for 2, 4 and 6 people are available;
  • You can book a luxury pitch at the campsite. This is a cordoned off area including electricity;
  • You can bring your camper or caravan. You need a separate camper pitch ticket for this;
  • You can book a glamping tent with air beds or beds for 2 or 4 persons;
  • You can book a camper spot with space for friends’ tents. You need a camper + group pitch ticket for this.

Campsite facilities

The campsite is next to the beach of Stroombroek. Perfect for that morning dive, to recover from your hangover. The campsite has comfortable sanitary facilities such as flushing toilets and bathhouses. There is also a wellness area with saunas and a swimming pool on site.

The option to camp is included with a weekend ticket.

Bungalow facilities

All bungalows are detached and have two parking spaces. Inside there is a living room, open kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.

All bedrooms have single box springs that you can use together or separately and are equipped with linen, duvets and pillows. Kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, standard kitchen inventory, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker and stove.

Luxury bungalows have a sauna and more luxurious interior.

Accommodation check-in & check-out times

These are the check-in and check-out times of our accommodations:

  • Campsite from Friday 10:00, until Monday 12:00;
  • ‘Luxe plaatsen’ from Friday 10:00, until Monday 12:00;
  • Campers and caravans can check-in Friday/Saturday between 10:00 and 21:00, check-out before Monday 12:00;
  • Glamping from Friday 10:00, until Monday 12:00;
  • Bungalows can check-in Friday/Saturday between 10:00 and 22:00; check-out before Monday 10:00
Staying with friends

We understand that everyone wants to be with their friends. Below what is possible explained:

  • Camping is not allowed at bungalows.
  • It is not possible to camp at a regular camper or caravan site.
  • With a camper+group pitch, a limited number of tents (2-3) can be placed, within the dimensions of the pitch.
  • Luxury pitches cannot be combined with camper vans or caravans.
  • At the campsite it is first come first serve, unless you book a luxury pitch.
  • Multiple bungalows or campers next to each other? At check-in, these types of requests will be honored if possible. Being on time = increasing your chances!
Electricity

There is no electricity available if you are staying on the campsite with your own tent. If you want electricity, you can book a ‘Luxe plaats’. If you want electricity for your camper, you can book a power connection via the ticketshop.

We advise to bring an extra power cable. It’s important that the power connections are well covered from water. Make sure that you do not use more than 1350 watts. The electrical equipment must be suitable for camping use (so no electric heater). Draining/splitting is not permitted.

Everyone can use charging points for telephones at the camping shop and in the bathhouses.

Weekend & day tickets

From November 10th, 12:00, tickets will be for sale via this website. Lago Lago is experienced best by coming all weekend.

If you want to visit Lago Lago just for one day, you can buy a Sunday day ticket. You can enter from 09:00 and can stay till Monday 12:00. If you live in the neighbourhood and want to visit on Friday or Saturday, please check the FAQ category ‘Neighbours’ for an exception.

Please don’t buy tickets from third parties to avoid scamming. If you want to sell your ticket, you can do this via our partner Ticketswap.

Accommodations

Camping with your own tent is free and included in your festival ticket. If you prefer to stay in a bungalow, in your own camper or if you want to book a bigger spot for you and your friends with electricity? You can book these accommodations separately in the shop. See more information in the ‘Spending the night’ FAQ category and on our accommodations page (Dutch only).

Parking

You can buy a weekend parking ticket for €35 in our shop, or a Sunday parking ticket for €15. The parking lot is next to the entrance.

Are you staying in a bungalow? You can park two cars in the park for free.

Plant a tree

Despite our efforts the movement of goods and people is still the biggest contributor to the carbon footprint of Lago Lago. That’s why we’ve partnered up with Trees for All to start planting our own forest, both in the Netherlands and more tropical climates, through which we can start offsetting our collective emissions. You can donate €4 when purchasing a ticket.

Date & opening hours

Lago Lago takes place from Friday 28 to Sunday 30 June 2024.

The site opens on Friday at 10:00 am and all accommodations can check in then. By Monday morning everyone must be packed and/or checked out again. Check the ‘Accommodation’ FAQ items for detailed information per accommodation.

The program starts Friday at 11:00 AM and ends at 4:00 AM on Friday and Saturday and at 11:00 PM on Sunday.

Location & travel

Lago Lago takes place at Stroombroek near Braamt in the Achterhoek.

Are you coming by public transport? Take the train to Doetinchem. From the station, take bus 24 to ‘s-Heerenberg and get off at bus stop Braamt, Stroombroek.

Hop on a tour bus? Buses depart from Amsterdam, Utrecht, and Rotterdam to Lago Lago. Here are the departure times, you can buy your tickets via our webshop.

  • Amsterdam: Departure at 09:30 -> Arrival at Lago Lago at 11:30
  • Utrecht: Departure at 10:00 -> Arrival at Lago Lago at 11:00
  • Rotterdam: Departure at 10:00 -> Arrival at Lago Lago at 12:00
  • Return at 11:30 on Monday

Are you coming by car? Navigate to ‘Lago Lago Auto Parkeren’ in Google for the car park. Make sure you have a parking ticket, these can be purchased through our shop. Are you staying in a bungalow? Then navigate to ‘Landal Stroombroek’. Parking for two cars is included with each bungalow.

Are you staying in a camper or caravan? Then navigate to the correct ‘Lago Lago Camper ingang’ in Google.

Catering

The catering at Lago Lago is of high quality, with an extensive and diverse assortment. Drinking water is free and available unlimited.

Pin only

Lago Lago is a pin only event. You can pay anywhere with your Dutch bank card or credit card. There is no option to pay with cash.

Celebrate Safe

We think it is important that everyone feels safe on Lago Lago. Look out for each other, use hearing protection, don’t forget to sleep occasionally, embrace everyone’s uniqueness, respect each other’s boundaries and remember that first aid and security are there to help you if something goes wrong, whatever that may be.

Sustainability

As of October 2022, Lago Lago is officially part of the Green Deal Circular Festivals. This Green Deal aims to create a circular festival blueprint by 2025 and as a member we aim to become a circular festival in 2025. In close collaboration with 43 festivals from all over Europe, the Dutch government and knowledge institutes we’ll be working in five thematic groups (Energy, Food & Drinks, Travel & Transport, Resource Management and Water) in order to create and test this blueprint over the coming 3 years.

Minimum age

You need to be 21 years or older to visit Lago Lago. Your ID may be checked.

Bringing food & drinks

With a day ticket and/or bungalow ticket, bringing food and drinks on the event site is not allowed.

Weekenders who camp are allowed to bring their own food and a maximum of 6 liters of drinks (total of the contents of all packaging, both alcoholic up to 15% and non-alcoholic) upon arrival at the event site (camping & festival is one entity). This may ONLY be taken with you upon arrival. Once you have your wristband on, you are not allowed to bring food & drinks back in from outside the site or the parking lots.

Glass is prohibited on the entire event site (with the exception of small bottles of perfume and necessary medication in original glass packaging up to a maximum of 50 ml).

The bungalow park is located outside the event area. You can also bring your own food and a maximum of 6 liters of drinks per person to the bungalow park (total of the contents of all packaging, both alcoholic up to 15% and non-alcoholic). Glass is allowed in the bungalow park. When entering the event site from the bungalow park, you are not allowed to bring your own food or drinks onto the site. Food & drinks must remain in the bungalows.

Swimming

Take a refreshing dip in Lago Grande in the morning or during the day, but stay within the ball line. Swimming is prohibited from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM to prevent unsafe situations from arising.

Swimming in Lago Picco is unsafe and prohibited.
