Wine tasting
You read that right, at the wine bar at Mercato you can join a wonderful wine tasting completely free of charge. Do you know what the Hamersma code is? And did you know that you can secretly buy really great wines at the HEMA? This is a tasting where you’ll actually take something home with you. Impress your friends with new knowledge and discover delicious wines. No complicated jargon, just clear explanations about which bottles you can confidently grab off the shelf. First come first served, each session has room for 50 people. Be there and join the Wijnproeve-RIJ.

Pottery
Pull up a seat at one of the wheels and let your hands do the work as the clay slowly takes shape. Clear your head, experiment with a new form. After your session you’ll receive a small ceramic gift as a reminder of this moment.

Linocut & Tablecloth Printing
Cut your own stencil and bring it to life on a tablecloth. Calm and almost meditative, every line gets character. You go home with ink on your hands and a tangible memory of Lago.

Salsa Class
Under the guidance of Jasper & Lisa you’ll get to know the basics of salsa! No experience needed and enjoyment is guaranteed! The session is suitable for beginners and for anyone who just feels like dancing! Salsa is social, rhythmic and immediately applicable. Afterwards you can hit the dance floor with a solid foundation and enough confidence to join in.

Line Dancing Class
Pack your cowboy boots because this year you can take a proper line dancing class under the inspiring guidance of Passion Smit and Tristan Albers. Together they’ll make sure you master the finer points of country dancing in no time. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or stepping onto the floor for the first time, fun and genuine country music are guaranteed. Yeeee-haw!
