Inside, you’ll find a range of facilities:

• Lapse sauna kota cabins and other saunas

• Guided infusion rituals with scent experiences

• Outdoor pool, hot tubs, steam bath, and a plunge pool

• A Moroccan Berber tent and a Japanese relaxation room to cool down

The saunas are structured according to classic heat culture: first warm up, then cool down, followed by rest. During the infusion rituals, sauna masters build up heat and use fragrances to deepen the experience. The ice baths and cooling areas create contrast and stimulate recovery. Between rounds, you can take a seat in one of the relaxation spaces to bring your body back into balance.

Swimwear bottoms are mandatory; tops are optional.

Terme operates with timeslots to ensure calm and quality. You reserve a one-hour entry window. Once inside, you’re free to move between saunas, pools, and guided sessions. You set your own rhythm of heating up, cooling down, and relaxing, and you can stay as long as you like.

Timeslots can soon be reserved via our Lago Lago app, which will be launched at a later date. For Friday, reservations open on the Monday before the festival. Slots for Saturday and Sunday will go live during the festival: from Friday at 12:00 PM you can book for Saturday, and from Saturday at 12:00 PM you can book for Sunday.
