Workshops

The workshops will be significantly expanded this year to create space for more people and more sessions. In and around the tent, a renewed program takes shape, centered on connection, awareness, and experimentation.

The sessions are accessible to both beginners and experienced participants and are carefully guided by professionals. Safety, consent, and respect for personal boundaries are always the foundation. Workshops range from introspective to expressive, and from meditative to physical. More sessions will be announced in the lead-up to the festival.

Tantra

Not a sex workshop, too bad, right? Because tantra is so much more than that. Like your desires and your boundaries. What is it like to truly say what you want? Do you dare to be surprised? Play with your life energy… and maybe even a little with each other.

Cacao Ceremony

Take a moment for yourself. A moment with a heartwarming cacao drink that will help you relax. We drink together, sing together, and drop from our heads into our bodies; meditation in motion. Feel welcome to be completely yourself, nothing is required, everything is allowed. From there, we connect with each other. Heart to heart. A gentle start to a new festival day.

Hypno Dream Journey

Perfect for a Sunday. After hours at the festival, you’ve experienced so much—done a thousand things, felt and thought so much, created memories, and taken in a flood of stimuli. It can sometimes leave your inner world feeling a bit cluttered. And then it’s nice to refresh and reset. So you can continue your day feeling clear, grounded, and at ease. A deeply relaxing experience that will leave you feeling restored.

Acro Yoga

Acro yoga combines elements of yoga and simple acrobatics in pairs or small groups. The session begins with a shared warm-up and an introduction to basic poses. Then, simple lifts and balance exercises are practiced with guidance. Cooperation and communication are essential for safety. The workshop is suitable for beginners and focuses on trust and enjoyment in movement.

Breathwork

This breathwork session focuses on conscious, connected breathing. Guided by a facilitator, you’ll learn a specific breathing technique designed to help release tension. The session takes place lying down, with a clear explanation beforehand of what to expect.

Attention is given to physical safety and aftercare once the session concludes. Each person’s experience may vary, and the session is brought to a calm and grounded close.
