The workshops will be significantly expanded this year to create space for more people and more sessions. In and around the tent, a renewed program takes shape, centered on connection, awareness, and experimentation.
The sessions are accessible to both beginners and experienced participants and are carefully guided by professionals. Safety, consent, and respect for personal boundaries are always the foundation. Workshops range from introspective to expressive, and from meditative to physical. More sessions will be announced in the lead-up to the festival.
The kink workshop offers an accessible introduction to forms of play centered around power, trust, and physical sensation. The session begins with an explanation of consent, communication, and clearly expressing boundaries. Simple exercises are used, with safety and mutual respect at the core. The focus is on awareness and attunement, not on sensation. Participation is voluntary, and observing is always allowed.
The tantra workshop focuses on presence, breath, and connection. The facilitators guide the group step by step through exercises centered on awareness, touch, and energy. The cacao ceremony is a calm group session in which pure cacao is shared as a ritual starting point. The facilitator introduces the background and intention of the moment. After drinking, a guided meditation or reflection exercise follows. There is space for silence and personal experience.
The session is accessible and intended as a moment of stillness within the weekend.
This breathwork session focuses on conscious, connected breathing. Guided by a facilitator, you’ll learn a specific breathing technique designed to help release tension. The session takes place lying down, with a clear explanation beforehand of what to expect.
Attention is given to physical safety and aftercare once the session concludes. Each person’s experience may vary, and the session is brought to a calm and grounded close.
